Points
While 5% of your total mortgage payments over the life of your mortgage will be contractually earned, we assume that you will likely earn more and we project you will likely earn 10%.
Points will automatically be added to existing points and will contractually earn 5X over the life and may earn up to 10X, depending on your payment activity.

REWARD GROWTH

POINT VALUES GROW OVER TIME Your point value grow on a schedule and over the life of your mortgage will grow to be 5% of your total payments.
POINT VALUES ARE MULTIPLIED WHEN YOU REMAIN LOYAL WITH YOUR ALLIANCE LENDER Every time that you enter intoa new mortgage with your Alliance Lender your point values are increased by another 1%. You are eligible to receive a maximum of 10% of your total payments over the life of your mortgage.
GROUP REWARDS
10% OF TOTAL PROGRAM REWARDS ARE SET ASIDE AS GROUP INCENTIVES
Create your own groups and allocate those incentives as you see fit. If you take an active interest in professional or personal groups, you may generate rewards that far surpass your own.
SHARE WITH YOUR NETWORKS Exeryone could benefit from Hohm Rewards and all can share in the group rewards. When you bring another member into the group, 10% of the pro rata average of your member's reward is available to your group as you see fit.
CUSTOMIZE GROUP ALLOCATIONS You may wish to Allocate all of Group Reward Share to yourself or to the new members or some defined split- you define the allocation.
DEFINE MULTIPLE GROUPS You can create as many groups as you like , each with its own Group Reward Share Allocation. Each group can be treated differently depending on your relationship to the Group - remeber, its your group
Expected group rewards grow over time and will be based upon your group allocation percentage per your pro-rata share of the average payments; the projections are calculated using the an assumed mortgage amount and rate input by you.
Peer-to-Peer Reward Transactions Marketplace
Alliance reward members will acquire significant reward allocations set aside over the life of their mortgage. Individual members or groups can to transact with each other. We will facilitate the transaction through our marketplace and register the reward transactions within each member's Reward accounts.

MONETIZE REWARDS

Rewards grow exponentially as you set them aside for the duration of your mortgage. However, you will have the option to use your rewards to generate funds for a downpayment on a home or a home improvement or for any other need.
